Jean-Charles Diener, the founder of OFCO, is a seasoned professional with a rich educational background. Holding a Master's Degree in Agronomy specializing in Aquaculture, he started working on Pangasius farming in Vietnam in 1999 and established OFCO in 2007.
Under his leadership, OFCO has become a trusted partner for many businesses, reducing significant quality issues from over 40% of inspected containers to approximately 1.5% over the past eight years. His deep expertise and unwavering commitment to quality have shaped not only OFCO but the broader Vietnamese seafood export industry.
Jean-Charles is a regular presence at the Vietfish Trade Show, where he connects with international seafood buyers from around the world.
Laurence has extensive experience in quality control management and food safety gained in several seafood companies in the Philippines. With unorthodox thinking, Laurence brings a keen eye for detail, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met during the 13 years (since 2010) of his journey with OFCO.
Dedicated and experienced, Lisa brings a wealth of expertise to our team. With a background in sales and project support acquired over 10 years with major Japanese and German conglomerates, Lisa demonstrates her versatility and adaptability.
Adonis brings strong experience as a Production Supervisor and in Research and Development within the seafood processing industry across several companies in the Philippines. His passion for photography and digital arts infuses our inspection processes with creativity and precision since 2018.
Ramon has extensive experience in quality management and as a purchasing quality inspector with one of the largest seafood companies in the United Arab Emirates. His role takes him across diverse countries in Asia, the Middle East, Argentina, and Turkey.
Mary embarked on her journey with OFCO as a Quality Control Inspector in 2019. Armed with a solid foundation in food technology and extensive expertise in the seafood industry, Mary's trajectory was swift.
